Who is a Psychologist and what does he/she do?

Psychologists are individuals who are counseling professionals and work in a wide variety of settings to aid patients in coping with their problems. Counseling psychologists are usually not as specialized as clinical psychologist and tend to the needs of individuals suffering from all manners of psychological problems.

Relational activities:

  • Leading individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Helping patients to cope with their problem to become more productive and healthier.
  • Making sure that all individuals under their care are in pursuing of and/or have reached pristine psychological health status.
  • Engage in research.
  • Teaching in universities.
